A leading organisation in the SaaS space is looking for a BDR to join the team to help continue the company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Qualification & Nurturing
    • Engage with inbound & outbound marketing leads via phone, email, social, and digital channels
    • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (industry fit, needs, budget, timeline, decision-makers)
    • Nurture early-stage opportunities to progress them to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Hubspot CRM
  • Sales & Marketing Alignment
    • Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality
    • Collaborate with Sales Executives to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
    • Support outbound initiatives, targeted campaigns, and account-based marketing activities
    • Assist in building and refining lead qualification processes and messaging
  • Events & Brand Presence
    • Support trade shows, exhibitions, partner events, and conferences
    • Engage with attendees, qualify leads on-site, and ensure effective post-event follow-up
    • Represent the company professionally as an ambassador for our brand and solutions
  • Reporting & Insights
    • Report on pipeline activity, lead conversion rates, and qualification outcomes
    • Provide regular updates to the Sales & Marketing Director
    • Share market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback

Salary: £35k-£45K base + OTE £50K
