Responsibilities include:
- Engage with inbound & outbound marketing leads via phone, email, social, and digital channels
- Nurture early-stage opportunities to progress them to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Hubspot CRM
- Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality
- Support outbound initiatives, targeted campaigns, and account-based marketing activities
- Assist in building and refining lead qualification processes and messaging
