A leading organisation in the SaaS space is looking for a BDR to join the team to help continue the company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Qualification & Nurturing
- Engage with inbound & outbound marketing leads via phone, email, social, and digital channels
- Qualify prospects based on defined criteria (industry fit, needs, budget, timeline, decision-makers)
- Nurture early-stage opportunities to progress them to Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Hubspot CRM
- Work closely with Marketing to provide feedback on campaign performance and lead quality
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
- Support outbound initiatives, targeted campaigns, and account-based marketing activities
- Assist in building and refining lead qualification processes and messaging
- Support trade shows, exhibitions, partner events, and conferences
- Engage with attendees, qualify leads on-site, and ensure effective post-event follow-up
- Represent the company professionally as an ambassador for our brand and solutions
- Report on pipeline activity, lead conversion rates, and qualification outcomes
- Provide regular updates to the Sales & Marketing Director
- Share market insights, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Salary £35k-£45K base + OTE £50K
