Are you a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher? If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you to become a part of our family-owned business that has been providing exceptional care and education for children aged birth to 12 years since 1994. With over 350 passionate Educators spread across the Hunter, Maitland, Newcastle, and Port Stephens regions, we take immense pride in delivering high-quality services that promote the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children to our community.

Your Essential Requirements and Key Responsibilities:
· To be considered for this position, you must hold a Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) or an ACECQA approved equivalent qualification.
· You should possess a Current Working with Children Check NSW, along with First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates.
· Your passion for Early Years learning and development should shine through, aligned with Tillys\\\’ values of professionalism, high-quality care, inclusive and supportive relationships, unique learning environments, and play-based learning.
· Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) is essential.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills are expected to maintain a high professional standard.
