Founded in 2016, Tilly Sveaas is a fast-growth founder-led jewellery brand with big ambitions and a small, dynamic team. We're looking for a Social Media & Influencer Manager to manage the brand's organic social presence & influencer marketing. This is a key role, responsible for driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through elevated, culturally relevant social content and influencer partnerships. Reporting to the CMO, you’ll work across creative, PR, ecommerce and paid media to ensure a cohesive and high-performing approach to social and influencer marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Influencer Marketing
- Own and manage all influencer marketing activity end-to-end, including campaigns, affiliate programs, gifting and paid collaborations.
- Lead execution on ShopMy platform, including creator onboarding, campaign management and performance tracking.
- Identify and build long‑term relationships with creators who align with the Tilly Sveaas aesthetic and values.
- Negotiate partnerships, manage budgets, and ensure strong ROI across all influencer activity.
- Deliver regular reporting, insights and recommendations to optimise performance.
- Organic Social Media Management
- Own and grow Tilly Sveaas’ organic social channels, primarily on Instagram and TikTok.
- Develop and execute content calendars aligned with brand campaigns, product drops, and key trading moments.
- Commission and brief content that reflects the brand’s elevated yet effortless style.
- Monitor & report on performance and regularly refine strategy to drive engagement and growth.
- Work closely with the Founder and Head of Creative to develop engaging, platform‑native content.
- Translate brand campaigns into compelling social‑first storytelling.
- Stay ahead of trends & cultural moments, ensuring the brand remains relevant & distinctive.
- PR & Talent Integration
- Support the PR agency with talent gifting, influencer partnerships, and brand events.
- Help coordinate influencer involvement in key activations and ensure content opportunities are maximised.
- E‑commerce & UGC
- Work with the Ecom Manager to increase the volume and quality of UGC for onsite use.
- Drive the creation of styling‑led content to enhance social proof and inspire customers.
- Leverage influencer and community content to support conversion rate optimisation.
- Paid Social Amplification
- Collaborate with the digital agency to whitelist and scale influencer content for paid social.
- Identify high‑performing organic content for amplification.
- Support a test‑and‑learn approach to creator‑led performance marketing.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years’ experience in social media and/or influencer marketing, ideally within fashion, jewellery, or lifestyle.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok, with a sharp eye for content, styling, and visual storytelling.
- Proven track record of managing influencer campaigns end‑to‑end.
- Experience with ShopMy is a bonus, as well as experience in international markets, in particular the US.
- Commercially minded, with an understanding of how social and influencer activity directly drives conversions but also has a halo effect on brand awareness.
- Highly organised, with strong project management skills.
- Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building abilities.
- Analytical and comfortable using data to inform decisions.
