Our Residential Conveyancing Team are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Conveyancing Paralegal to join their team in our Sunderland Office. As part of your role within the team you will assist with a wide range of residential conveyancing matters, including preparing contract packs, drafting legal documents, carrying out searches, liaising with clients and third parties, and helping to ensure transactions progress efficiently from instruction to completion.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in Residential Conveyancing
- Experience with Microsoft Office and case management services.
- Strong communication and client care skills.
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
- The ability to organise, prioritise, and meet strict deadlines.
- A proactive approach and willingness to work as part of a team.

- Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
