We are seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our growing Finance team. Excellent communication skills are essential as this role involves supporting the team, the wider business, and our customers.
Our Finance team prides itself on excellence and providing the best service to customers, suppliers, and other teams at Tillo.
This role will be based in our Hove office 2 days a week.

Compensation: £32,000 - £36,600 per year
Description:
- Support the finance team with transactional tasks and reporting.
- Handle sales invoices, bank reconciliations, vendor payments, and account management.
- Assist in preparing monthly journals and reconciling client accounts.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including collections.
- Work with internal teams to resolve customer queries and verify account accuracy.
- Maintain asset registers and perform FX revaluations.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Relevant experience in a transactional finance role.
- Experience with cloud-based financial systems such as Xero and QuickBooks.
- Knowledge of accounting processes, including handling multi-currency transactions.
- Attention to detail, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and customer focus.
- Flexible, with the ability to prioritize tasks and develop professionally.
- Intermediate Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas.
Desirable:
- AAT Level 3 qualification.
