An experienced Senior Account Manager with strong commercial awareness and a proven ability to partner with customers to grow accounts.

The challenge: To drive revenue, upsell products and provide key support to our key clients.

This role will be based in our Hove office 2-3 days a week.

We are seeking a dedicated and strategic Senior Account Manager to join our team. This role is essential to Tillo in ensuring the retention of our existing revenues while also developing new growth pipeline opportunities within our installed customer base. The Senior Account Manager will build strategic relationships with customers, understand their programs and broader corporate objectives, and create account plans to support retention while identifying and pursuing growth opportunities across their businesses.

You will be providing support to the commercial team as well as our brands and partners as customers. From supporting some of the largest corporates in the US, as well as worldwide, to onboard seamlessly to our API, to supporting customers who are at renewal stage, you will add value and ensure fantastic service. This position will be compensated with a variable compensation model based on both retention and growth performance.

Day to day this role will:

  • Finding opportunities to grow accounts with a focus on revenue.
  • Supporting existing customers and ensuring they always receive the highest level of customer service.
  • Offering additional services that are relevant and of interest to customers.
  • Working as a link between our technical teams and customers.
  • Providing feedback from customers and ensuring it is picked up internally by the right people.
  • Administration and use of various platforms and systems.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous Account Management experience in a B2B role, ideally coming from a SaaS background but open to those eager to move into this space.
  • Proven track record of key account growth and strong negotiation skills.
  • Able to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to confidently present both virtually and face to face.
  • Confident with technology, terminology and translating complex ideas.
  • Analytical mindset with confident data analysis skills.
  • Commercially minded - confident liaising at all levels.
  • Someone self-motivated, highly organised, process driven with excellent attention to detail.
