Tillo is seeking a Senior People Partner to shape how we scale and evolve our organisation. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will own broad Employee Relations, performance, and talent activity, partnering with managers to drive change and integration across acquisitions.

You’ll combine strong People foundations with curiosity and commercial sense, coaching leaders, using data to inform decisions and guiding strategic design in a fast-growing fintech environment based in our Hove.
