Job Summary
This is a high-impact, newly created role supporting the growth of Tillo's channels as the business continues to scale its global footprint.
As a dedicated Finance Business Partner, you will be the finance point of contact for a channel, bridging local performance and Group reporting, and helping the channel deliver profitable, disciplined growth.
Reporting centrally into Group FP&A, you will support the channel's forecasting and reporting while acting as its commercial finance partner: building trusted relationships with commercial and local leadership teams, standardising local data into Group reporting formats, supporting cashflow and working-capital forecasting, and giving local leadership the tools to make disciplined, margin-accretive commercial decisions.
This role sets the template for how Group Finance partners with and scales its channels, so it suits someone who wants to shape ways of working rather than inherit them.
- Day to day this role will
- Business Partnering & Commercial Support
- Act as the trusted finance partner to commercial and local leadership teams, building strong relationships that make finance a growth partner rather than an oversight function.
- Give local leadership clear visibility of their drivers, key metrics and growth levers, translating financial data into commercial insight they can act on.
- Identify and quantify opportunities to improve margin, refine channel pricing and structure commercial deals for profitable growth.
- Provide ROI and decision-support tools for new commercial deals, product expansion and pricing, driving disciplined growth and margin expansion.
- Analyse channel performance, product-mix margins and Op Ex variances to surface levers for improvement.
- Cashflow Forecasting and Treasury Support
- Support cashflow and working-capital forecasting for the channel, including multi-currency exposure, feeding into Group treasury and liquidity planning.
- Partner with Group Treasury to capture cash and operational synergies and optimise working capital.
- Help embed robust cash-forecasting frameworks and disciplines within the channel.
- FP&A and Reporting
- Own the channel's forecasting levers, unit economics and rolling 12-month projections, integrating local performance seamlessly into the Group forecasting and planning process.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reporting on financial KPIs and channel flash updates, with strong storytelling and clear communication to a diverse range of stakeholders including Group leadership and the Board.
- Standardise data into Group and Board reporting formats, protecting investor and SLT confidence and ensuring board-level clarity with no rework or delay.
- Act as a finance data steward for the channel, centralising and validating data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Continuously seek to automate and scale reporting, building user-friendly reports and dashboards and documenting processes so the approach is repeatable across channels.
- What we’re looking for
- 5+ years experience in FP&A, finance business partnering or a similar commercial finance role.
- Proven business-partnering skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving value optimisation, margin improvement or pricing and deal analysis.
- Experience with cashflow and working-capital forecasting; treasury exposure is beneficial.
- A self-starter who takes initiative, works well with ambiguity, and can deliver ad-hoc analysis under time pressure with both known and unknown data.
- Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and visual formats, with demonstrable skill in storytelling to a range of audiences including the Board.
- Highly organised and comfortable working with high-volume datasets across multiple currencies.
- A continuous-improvement mindset, with a passion for process improvement, automation and new reporting technologies.
- Strong modelling skills, with a passion to constantly learn and improve.
- Experience with Power BI and AI tools is beneficial.
- Experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency or international finance environment is beneficial.
