Job Summary We’re looking for a commercially minded and relationship-driven Senior Account Manager to play a key role in growing and retaining our existing customer base. This is a high-impact position where you’ll own strategic accounts, drive revenue expansion, and help shape long-term partnerships with some of the world’s leading brands. You’ll sit at the intersection of commercial, product, and technical teams—translating customer needs into actionable opportunities while ensuring a seamless client experience. Own and grow a portfolio of key accounts, with clear targets for retention, expansion, and revenue growth Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned to customer goals and business priorities Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities, building a strong pipeline within existing accounts Lead renewals and commercial negotiations, ensuring long-term value for both the client and the business Partner closely with technical and product teams to support API onboarding, integrations, and ongoing optimisation Maintain high operational standards, using CRM and internal systems to track performance and opportunities Proven experience in B2B Account Management, ideally within the gift card and rewards industry or SaaS, payments, fintech, or a related space A strong track record of growing key accounts and exceeding revenue targets Confident in commercial conversations and negotiations, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders Excellent communication and presentation skills, both virtual and in-person Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse performance and identify growth opportunities Consistent revenue growth from existing accounts Strong, long-term client relationships at senior levels Clear, actionable account plans and pipeline visibility We’re a close-knit team and love working collaboratively, with our hybrid model, our team can come together at our fantastic office in Hove, but also focus in their own space.
