The Role

We’re seeking a Freelance Part-Time Business Development Manager who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and drive new business growth. This is a great role for someone looking to combine their sales and strategy skills with a creative environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute a flexible business development strategy to attract new clients and projects
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to craft compelling pitches and proposals
  • Represent Tilling Creative Group at industry events or virtual networking opportunities
  • Track and report on business development progress

What We’re Looking For

  • Approximately 2-3 days a week commitment required – to be agreed based on availability and needs.
  • Experience in business development, sales, or client management - ideally within a creative agency or related industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strategic, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Passion for creativity and helping clients achieve outstanding results
  • Comfortable working with diverse remote teams.
