Due to our continued success and rapid growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Driver and Fleet Supervisor based at our Kilbagie Head Office. Induction and training of new drivers to deliver required operational standards, flexibility, and customer service. · Monitor new drivers throughout probation period to ensure all requirements are being met and provide retraining as required. · Provide vehicle familiarisation training on Mixers, Tippers, Tankers and provide guidance for all drivers in the correct use of fleet. · Work with weighbridge, dispatch, and drivers to maximise fleet utilisation to improve productivity of drivers and fleet. · Monitor relevant systems to identify performance and compliance issues, implement actions to remove inefficiencies and improve compliance. · In possession of a valid C+E Driving License · Knowledge of transport compliance and fleet management. · Excellent planning, organisational, time management and attention to detail skills. · Ability to analyse data accurately and efficiently. · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
