THE ROLE
Due to our continued success and rapid growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quarry Operative based in Kings Lynn (PE30). The successful candidates should be customer focused, reliable, well organised and be able to work well as part of a team in a busy quarry environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Operate and maintain quarry machinery and equipment.
- Ensure quality control of materials and adherence to safety protocols.
- Load customer and internal vehicles with product.
- Maintaining a high level of housekeeping standards.
- General day to day maintenance on site.
- Maintaining a high standard of health and safety measures on site.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Commitment to safety health and environmental standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach.
- Be prepared to progress and develop within our business through training and gaining qualifications.
- A willingness to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
- Willingness to work regular overtime to meet the needs of the business, and has a flexible approach to working hours.
- Be in possession of a full driving license.
- SVQ and MPQC ticket holders preferrable.
