TILL provides essential support to adults with developmental disabilities, learning differences, acquired brain injury, and other specialized needs through a wide range of housing options, from structured, staffed, small group living to individualized support options. TILL's Mental Health Clinic is seeking an independently licensed Clinical Supervisor to mentor and support our talented team of clinicians at our Dedham clinic. In this role, you'll provide high-quality clinical supervision, help clinicians grow their therapeutic and documentation skills as they work toward licensure, and maintain a small client caseload to stay connected to direct care. Responsibilities
- Provide weekly supervision for clinicians and interns
- Maintain a caseload of individual clients
- Attend bi-weekly clinician meetings and monthly staff meetings
Qualifications
- Must be LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, or Licensed psychologist
- Clinical supervision experience required
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
