We have an opportunity for a Personal Assistant to join our team working from our Northern site and based at our office in Warrington on a 30‐hour a week, 10‐month fixed‐term contract.
Duties include:
Act as an ambassador and first point of contact for directors as well as visitors to the office and all new starters
Coordinate the induction process for the region; including the facilitation of training in systems and processes and supporting with HR and IT queries
Liaise with the Divisional Training Coordinator to ensure regional compliance in mandatory training
Develop and maintain strong internal and external networks, building knowledge of key issues in order to effectively identify and communicate priorities
Supporting employees with general queries through to resolution
Ensuring the office is maintained correctly
Managing the effective running of the office through office equipment and stationary
Proactively monitor meeting attendance, taking ownership to ensure enquiries and issues are appropriately delegated and resolved effectively
Facilitates all Abroad ўсё logistic arrangements and ensure all documentation is prepared in advance of meetings
Collate and process expenses ensuring compliance with policy and approval process
Manage communications, monitor emails, post and calls taking appropriate action, escalating or delegating accordingly
Manage complaint letters including producing draft responses on behalf of the Managing Director
Provide cover for colleagues as appropriate
Any other reasonable duties
We\’re looking for the following skills and experience:
Proficient IT skills, particularly in the use of Microsoft Office packages and Outlook
