Responsibilities and Duties: Implement actions outlined in our Technical Procedures. Assist the Head of Technical in preparing development programmes. Coordinate with external consultants on construction information, sales, and conveyance documentation. Contribute to team targets, develop contingency plans, and provide feedback on site strategies. Coordinate communication between internal and external parties. Respond to site queries and resolve technical/construction issues. Review value engineering opportunities, focusing on show home delivery. Advise departments on Adoption and finishing works issues, and coordinate information flow. Manage relationships with authorities, contractors, bond providers, and solicitors to ensure timely receipt of certificates and manage bond reductions. Negotiate with authority engineers and inspectors to meet site requirements. Identify and resolve problems efficiently, adhering to company procedures. Provide detailed site inspection briefs and records for budgeting and procurement. Maintain accurate records of payments and update adoption forecasts monthly. Contribute to health and safety planning and documentation. Assist with timely completion of finishing works, certification, and bond management. Prepare and update programmes for maintenance and adoption targets. Participate in site meetings and reviews. Assist in the delivery and handover of private works to management companies. About You Problem-solving skills and ability to work positively and cost-effectively. Resilient, self-motivated, and well-organized. Ability to meet deadlines and manage others. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Commercial awareness and interpretation of design drawings. Experience in managing adoption fees, costs, and budgets. Ability to work independently with initiative. Forensic skills to resolve historic issues and support customer care. A full UK driving licence is required.
