About The Role
Tilia Homes offers an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Coordinator to join our friendly team in the Northern Region, based in Warrington. This is a fixed-term contract until December 2026.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure defects are remedied in line with SLAs
- Build relationships with clients, including Housing Managers and Maintenance Managers
- Promote cost control and recovery on site through specification of works and adherence to contract procedures
- Represent the company at corporate and handover events
- Develop ideas to improve build quality and after-sales service
- Plan and organise daily workloads
- Conduct handovers, pre-sale inspections, and 12-month defect inspections for shared ownership and outright sale properties
- Specify remedial works, allocate subcontractors, and supervise completion
- Prepare progress reports for the Customer Care Manager
- Maintain organised documentation and audit trails
- Assess subcontractor performance and report issues
- Improve customer satisfaction ratings
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety procedures
About You
- Excellent interpersonal skills for dealing with customers
- Good technical knowledge of housebuilding, including electrical, plumbing, and defect remediation
