About The Role

The aim of the role is to help produce guidance documentation for use by all offices. It also ensures compliance with Brand and works closely with a Design Manager, supporting with feasibilities for land acquisition. The post could be based from any of our offices at Bedford, Solihull, Bury St Edmunds or Exeter.

Duties include:

  • Working towards an urban design masterplan project
  • Research into relevant technical urban design and planning issues
  • Using InDesign and Illustrator to produce brochures and documents
  • Creating portfolios of design work
  • Preparing testing layouts, plans and drawings, together with design documents
  • Supporting regional offices and developing stakeholder relationships

About You

Degree in Architecture, Urban Design or equivalent

  • Excellent design skills with an ability to resolve diverse technical requirements
  • Superb presentation skills across a range of audiences
  • Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
