About The Role
The aim of the role is to help produce guidance documentation for use by all offices. It also ensures compliance with Brand and works closely with a Design Manager, supporting with feasibilities for land acquisition. The post could be based from any of our offices at Bedford, Solihull, Bury St Edmunds or Exeter.
Duties include:
- Working towards an urban design masterplan project
- Research into relevant technical urban design and planning issues
- Using InDesign and Illustrator to produce brochures and documents
- Creating portfolios of design work
- Preparing testing layouts, plans and drawings, together with design documents
- Supporting regional offices and developing stakeholder relationships
About You
Degree in Architecture, Urban Design or equivalent
- Excellent design skills with an ability to resolve diverse technical requirements
- Superb presentation skills across a range of audiences
- Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
