Tilewood School is recruiting a senior leader to design and implement an ambitious SEND provision as part of our new school opening in Buckinghamshire.
You will lead strategic development, ensuring high-quality interventions and coaching for staff to secure inclusive, excellent outcomes for every pupil.
You will work with families, external agencies and the therapy team to establish strong processes, monitor progress and drive continuous improvement in SEND across both sites.
