This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Plymouth. As a Store Manager, you will oversee daily store operations, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a positive shopping experience for all customers. Responsibilities include managing and supporting store employees, optimizing store performance, monitoring inventory, and implementing retail sales strategies. Additionally, the Store Manager will ensure compliance with safety standards and retail loss prevention measures, while meeting sales and profit targets.
