Tile Hill is seeking a senior leader to head Reading's environmental services portfolio, including waste, highways, streetscene and fleet. You will manage a substantial budget (>£30 million) and spend time with the workforce to build confidence, make decisions and drive daily performance.
You will report to the Executive Director for Economic Growth and Neighbourhood Services, influencing senior stakeholders, unions and elected Members while delivering improvements within financial constraints.
