Creating Thriving Communities
We are seeking to appoint a Non-Executive Director to join our Board and Chair the Major Projects Committee (MPC). This is a key role for an integral part of our organisation, to steer strategic direction and create Thriving Communities through developing good, affordable homes for a better life – while also delivering on our ambitious sustainability and decarbonisation goals.
We’re looking for a forward-thinking and experienced individual with a commercial background and social purpose for housing development, strategic asset management and place-making.
Formed through the merger of Sovereign Housing Association and Network Homes in October 2023, SNG manages over 82,000 homes and serves approximately 210,000 residents across London and the South of England. Our robust development pipeline aims to build 25,000 new homes over the next decade, backed by an ambitious £9.2 billion investment strategy.
