We are now looking for a Senior Events Marketing Executive to grow our national programme of events, community activity and brand experiences. This is a critical role at the heart of our marketing, culture and growth strategy.
The opportunity includes running more than 40 events a year across internal culture, external brand and sector communities — from large-scale candidate networking celebrations and leadership conferences to roundtables, webinars, awards and team experiences. This role exists to take full ownership of the delivery of that programme.
You will design, plan, promote and deliver exceptional experiences that:
- strengthen relationships with clients and candidates
- grow our sector communities
- enhance our brand reputation and EVP
- support business development and long‐term growth
You will work closely with the wider marketing team, consultants, operations and senior leaders across the business, shaping how Tile Hill is experienced in the market.
What you’ll be doing:
- End‐to‐end delivery of our internal and external events and community programme
- Designing high‐quality, memorable experiences across conferences, awards, roundtables, webinars and internal culture events
- Event promotion and engagement strategies to maximise attendance and impact
- Managing budgets, suppliers, venues and delivery partners with commercial judgement
- Working with consultants and marketing colleagues to align events with business development, brand and EVP objectives
- Capturing insight, leads and content from events to support thought leadership and continuous improvement
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience delivering and promoting high‐quality events or programmes at scale
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Commercial awareness and budget responsibility
- A genuine passion for creating outstanding experiences
- A collaborative, positive and growth‐minded approach
Why join Tile Hill?
- A role with genuine ownership and visibility
- The chance to shape a growing national community strategy
- A supportive, inclusive and ambitious culture
- Hybrid/flexible working and a strong commitment to work–life balance
- The opportunity to grow your career alongside a fast‐growing, purpose‐led business
Salary & benefits:
£34,000–£45,000 + bonus. Salary offered will reflect experience, skills and location. Some occasional travel across the UK to event locations, with occasional overnight stays will be required (all expenses will be covered by the business). We recognise that travel requirements can affect people differently and are happy to discuss and support individual needs.
We are committed to creating an inclusive recruitment process and will make reasonable adjustments for candidates who require them.
Application process:
To apply, please submit an up-to-date copy of your CV (three sides of A4 maximum), along with a supporting statement (three sides of A4 maximum) detailing your experience and achievements and addressing the key criteria for the role set out on this site and using examples to demonstrate how you meet the requirements.
