Chief Planning Officer – Tile Hill

For our Chief Planning Officer role at Tile Hill, you will be the guardian of what Swindon could be, shaping our vision, future and environment. You will weave narratives of land, people, history and future, ensuring our spaces work for the many, not the few, and that our design processes are participatory, inclusive and sustainable. From small‑scale local schemes to the largest Swindon‑wide transport, housing and infrastructure initiatives, you will be at the centre of our planning story, a catalyst for growth and community well‑being.
