Following a strategic review, the business is entering a significant new phase with a renewed focus on land promotion, a refreshed operating model and ambitions to build a sustainable long-term pipeline of opportunities both within and beyond its existing portfolio.
We are seeking an exceptional Managing Director to lead this next chapter.
Reporting to the Chair and Board, you will provide strategic and commercial leadership for the organisation, oversee a portfolio of land promotion and development projects, and work with stakeholders across the public and private sectors to create long-term value and growth.
This role combines the entrepreneurial challenge of building and growing a business with the opportunity to operate in one of the UK's most important growth regions, centred on Cambridge and the wider East West Rail corridor.
We are interested in speaking with individuals who can demonstrate:
Significant experience in strategic land, land promotion, residential development or related sectors.
Executive leadership experience at Managing Director, CEO or equivalent level.
A track record of commercial growth, business development and value creation.
The ability to build effective relationships across complex stakeholder environments.
The resilience, judgement and leadership capability to guide an organisation through a period of change and opportunity.
