Interim Head of Cultural Change & Engagement
A large public sector organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Head of Cultural Change & Engagement to lead employee engagement, internal communications, and culture transformation activity during a significant period of organisational change.
This role will play a key part in embedding people strategy objectives, supporting transformation programmes, and strengthening employee experience across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
