We are working with a Housing Association who are seeking an experienced Governance Consultant to provide interim support during a busy period of central governance activity. This is a hands-on role requiring someone who can operate confidently at board level while ensuring effective coordination and delivery across key governance processes.
Key responsibilities:
- Taking high-quality, accurate minutes at Board and senior meetings
- Supporting the smooth running of governance processes and administration
- Coordinating colleagues to ensure timely completion of actions and deliverables
- Supporting organisation-wide governance activity, including a legal services review
- Maintaining oversight of actions, deadlines and reporting requirements
About you:
- Proven experience operating in a governance, company secretarial or committee services environment
