Interim Senior Product Manager
Salary: £50,000–£55,000 per annum (pro rata)
Contract: Interim – 6 to 12 months
Location: Hybrid – 2 days per week in the London office

We are supporting a membership organisation with a strong track record of innovation and impact, entering an important period of digital evolution. Their aim is to build engaging digital platforms that reflect the needs of their diverse audiences and help them deliver lasting impact under new leadership.
To support this journey, they are now seeking an Interim Senior Product Manager . This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in stabilising and advancing their digital platforms, ensuring they are fit for purpose today while laying the groundwork for future transformation.
About the Interim Senior Product Manager role
The Interim Senior Product Manager will take ownership of the digital roadmap, with a particular focus on their recently migrated WordPress website and the development of their digital publishing platforms.
You will:
- Lead on stabilising and enhancing their website, ensuring a strong foundation for growth.
- Define and deliver a clear, achievable digital roadmap, moving them from reactive fixes to proactive improvements.
- Drive the development of their online membership magazine, building on their award-winning print products to create a leading digital publishing platform.
- Manage senior stakeholders and board members, balancing requests, securing investment, and setting realistic priorities.
- Support a cultural shift towards continuous improvement and proactive delivery across digital functions.
- Provide strategic input into the organisation’s wider digital evolution, preparing the ground for longer-term transformation under new leadership.
You’ll work closely with the Director of Content & Communications and manage a capable team including a Digital Delivery Manager, Content Publisher, and Junior Digital Experience Coordinator.
About You
They are looking for a confident, strategic, and collaborative digital leader who can deliver at pace in a complex environment. You will bring:
- Experience in senior-level digital product or digital leadership roles, ideally interim.
- Strong knowledge of WordPress and CMS development roadmaps.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage upwards and set clear boundaries.
- Experience in digital publishing, user experience, and product delivery.
- A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, bringing creativity, resilience, and energy.
- Familiarity with Salesforce would be an advantage, though not essential.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in dynamic environments, thrives on balancing strategy with delivery, and can bring clarity and direction to teams and stakeholders alike.
