Tile Cross Academy is seeking a dedicated Pastoral Manager to lead safeguarding and pastoral care across the school. You will work to build a safe, resilient and cohesive school ethos, support student development, monitor attendance and behaviour, and liaise with families and external agencies as needed.
You will be responsible for guiding behaviour strategies, using data to monitor progress and maintain high standards, while remaining positive under pressure and meeting competing deadlines.
