Overall purpose of job: To develop and maintain profitable volume, GSV and brand share growth within a designated sales region or a portfolio of National Accounts, as part of the Foodservice team.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Preparation of annual and quarterly account objectives in line with national account and company strategy, clearly identifying and developing opportunity areas.
- To prepare thoroughly for each call, setting clear objectives in line with those of the company.
- Secure maximum support for Tilda marketing and promotional plans.
- Forecast, monitor and control volume, GSV and contribution targets and spend budgets, by account, ensuring maximum margin achievement for Tilda.
- Monitor and control account payments to agreed terms where responsibility lies with the jobholder.
- Analyse and monitor volume, GSV and contribution progress by account against account plan and take appropriate action.
- Developing long term business relationships with the relevant contacts for each account which will contribute to the overall growth of Tilda in that account.
- Undertake regular business reviews with the region's top accounts.
- Provide, as directed, accurate and timely reports.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with all relevant Tilda personnel.

- Numerate, analytical and IT literate.
- Pro-active with planning and preparation skills.
- Good presentation skills: enthusiastic and articulate.
- Good interpersonal skills, able to establish and maintain good working relationships with purchasing decision makers, other key customer contacts and the relevant Tilda personnel.
