Overall purpose of job:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our production team at Tilda Classic site. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, and dispatching packaging, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all production areas.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming stock / Packaging with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work collaboratively with the supervisors & line operators to meet daily operational targets.
- Carry out regular racking inspections
- Be involved with the safety team on workplace transport
Person Specification and experience:
- Advance Computer Skills (Microsoft package: Word, Excel, Power point)
- Knowledge of software JDE EDWARDS Enterprise (not mandatory – training will be provided)
- To have at least two years’ experience operating a Reach truck.
- Attention to detail, good time management, teamwork and the ability to work under pressure
- Flexibility to cover different areas of production including despatch.
