Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate the Counterbalance Forklift to load and unload goods.
- Assist with the movement of stock around the warehouse.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy when handling goods to prevent damages.
- Support the picking and packing operations as required.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (must be accredited by RTITB or ITSAR and refreshed within the last 2 years).
- Previous experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
- Health & Safety Awareness: Familiarity with regulations.
- Physical Fitness: Able to lift and move heavy loads.
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in order picking and packing.
- Teamwork: Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Adaptability: Flexible to work various shifts.
- Ideally, you must have your own transport due to the location.
