The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 £ per year.
We are looking to appoint an Inclusion Advocate to work within our nurture provision to provide a safe and stimulating environment for some of our most vulnerable pupils. To help us achieve excellent, inclusive provision for children and families, to promote inclusive and personalised learning, to ensure high quality education and support for all pupils attending Tilbury Pioneer Academy., Only information related to the purposes stated will be shared with the Panel. Any information will be discussed with candidates at interview before any decisions regarding the recruitment process are made.
All appointments are subject to safer recruitment requirements to ensure the safeguarding of children and young people. All positions will involve appropriate checks and clearances.

An ability to make positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents
An understanding of a range of strategies to support positive behaviour management and conflict resolution
Experience of working in a primary school or other relevant context
A willingness to work in the school holidays
Experience of working with other agencies

Initiative and a great sense of humour.
