Tilbury Pioneer Academy is seeking an Inclusion Advocate to work at the heart of the school, identifying and supporting the needs of vulnerable pupils, including those with SEND and SEMH.
You will collaborate closely with the Inclusion Lead and SENDCo to implement consistent support strategies and act as a bridge between teaching staff, parents, and students to help them reach academic targets and develop independence.
