- Interface Management: Identify and manage key interfaces between M&E services, construction works, and client requirements within a constrained and operational environment.
- Design & Procurement Integration: Ensure alignment between design deliverables, procurement schedules, and installation activities within the programme.
- Risk Management: Identify programme risks related to M&E works and support the development of mitigation strategies.
- Site Support: Provide ongoing support to site teams, attending coordination and progress meetings, and advising on sequencing, logistics, and programme implications.
- Reporting & Governance: Produce regular programme reports for internal and client stakeholders, ensuring transparency of progress, risks, and forecast completion.
- Planning Standards & Compliance: Ensure programmes are developed and maintained in line with company procedures and contractual requirements (e.g. NEC).
- Team Support: Support and mentor junior team members where required, contributing to the wider planning function.
