This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for driving commercial performance, managing risk, and ensuring successful financial delivery across large-scale or multiple complex projects. You will lead a commercial team, providing direction, mentoring, and oversight while working closely with operational and leadership teams to maximise value and protect margin. This role offers significant autonomy and influence across project and business unit performance. As our Managing Quantity Surveyor, you will: Lead the commercial management of major projects or a portfolio of schemes, ensuring financial successOversee cost planning, forecasting, valuations, variations, and final account negotiationsProvide leadership and mentoring to the commercial team, supporting development and performanceDrive procurement strategy and subcontractor management to achieve best value and risk mitigationWork closely with senior stakeholders to influence commercial strategy and project outcomesAbout YouYou will be an established commercial leader with strong experience delivering complex construction projects within a Tier 1 or major contractor environment.
