Ready to shape the success of major engineering projects? We’re looking for an experienced Proposals Manager to lead the development of high-quality bids and opportunities across our regional and national engineering portfolio. You’ll manage the full opportunity lifecycle — from early engagement and strategy through tender submission, negotiation and award — helping Tilbury Douglas Engineering secure work that meets our growth and margin ambitions.
What you’ll do:
- Build and manage a robust pipeline across key accounts and new clients
- Develop strategic relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and influencers
- Lead bid strategy, tender preparation, client presentations and negotiations
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver best-in-class proposals and settlements
- Use CRM, forecasting and market insight to drive targeted growth
- Champion quality, social value and outstanding customer experience
What you’ll bring:
