We are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our CEO, Group Commercial Director and CFO. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious business, working at the heart of the organisation and becoming a trusted partner to our senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will be a highly organised, proactive, and professional individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, anticipates needs ahead of time, and is committed to delivering exceptional support. Attitude is key, and we value individuals who are resourceful, adaptable, and discreet.

In return, you will join a collaborative and supportive team where your contribution will be recognised and valued, with the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the success of the business. For this role you will work in a hybrid way with a minimum of three days per week within our Birmingham office (by the airport), with occasional UK travel required to support business and leadership activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level executive support, including complex diary management, meeting coordination, national travel arrangements, and inbox management.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, Board papers, and meeting materials, including accurate minute-taking and tracking of actions and decisions.
  • Manage the flow of information to senior executives, prioritising effectively and ensuring deadlines, actions, and follow-ups are monitored.
  • Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information with discretion, while maintaining governance records and processing expenses, invoices, and purchase requests.
  • Support business projects, initiatives, events, and wider operational activities, including ad-hoc priorities as required.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, acting as a professional point of contact for senior leadership and ensuring high-quality communication and support.
About You
  • We are looking for someone who is proactive, solutions-focused and enjoys working as a trusted partner to senior leaders.
  • Proven experience supporting senior executives or directors in an EA, PA, or similar role.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in maintaining professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and confident in taking ownership and supporting changing business needs.
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Desired
  • Exposure to construction, engineering, or related sectors would be advantageous.
