Job Description:- Develop and implement strategies to support partners' onboarding, growth, and long-term success on TikTok.- Identify opportunities and operational challenges within the partner ecosystem, and design structured initiatives to improve merchant performance and platform supply.- Partner closely with industry teams, operations teams, and product teams to translate strategic initiatives into scalable programs that can be effectively implemented by frontline teams.- Leverage product capabilities and platform tools to build scalable solutions that improve merchant enablement and operational efficiency.- Analyze partner performance data and ecosystem trends to identify growth opportunities and continuously refine merchant strategies.- Lead cross-functional projects to implement partner growth initiatives and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.- 5+ years of experience in e-commerce strategy, marketplace operations, merchant operations, or related fields.- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as operations, product, or merchant success teams.- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to identify business opportunities and inform strategy development.
