Our team is responsible for the end-to-end commercial activities of our data centers in Europe, spanning from early due diligence to operational support.
As the DC site acquisition manager, you will be responsible for the following:- Gather and evaluate market options, conduct investigations on key resources, devise strategies and eventually secure data center capacities to meet business demand.- Provide commercial aircover to our delivery team to ensure timely delivery of capacity to our businesses.- Work with cross-function colleagues, such as legal, tax, finance, GR, to make informed recommendations to senior management for data center investment, backed by our thorough investigation.- Provide commercial aircover to support operational-related needs.- Conduct energy cost analysis and drive initiatives to optimize the budget structure.- Conduct rightsizing and optimization initiatives as and when required.
Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or Engineering- 5+ years of relevant working experience- Experience in industrial/commercial land development, power acquisition or real estate related investment & financing- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Skilled in contract negotiation.- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment- Willing to travel domestically and abroad as needed. xohmjla Preferred Qualifications:- Working knowledge of data centers or large power infrastructure, including technical and commercial solutions.- background in Data Center and CarriersReq ID: A122158A
