Responsibilities

  • Responsible for driving key metrics for incentive product operations in the EU region, including but not limited to user growth, localization, content expansion, and user experience.
  • Track and analyze regional campaign data to assess the quality and effectiveness of incentive campaigns.
  • Deeply understand user needs and preferences by translating metric fluctuations into localized insights to inform and optimize product team strategies.
  • Execute/Implement a marketing strategy to drive user growth uplift, leveraging a diverse range of channels such as partnerships, go-to-market initiatives, influencer marketing, SMS campaigns, paid advertising, OOH, and more.
  • Work closely and collaboratively with product managers, data delivery teams, XFN stakeholders, and regional teams to achieve ambitious targets and ensure alignment across all departments.
  • Closely manage regional user feedback for incentive campaigns, taking swift action when necessary.
  • Document and analyse feedback cases to identify trends and continuously improve user experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Knowledge of the EU market is essential, ideally with previous working knowledge in the market and familiarity with local preferences.
  • A bachelor's degree or above, as well as knowledge in fields such as Product Operations, Marketing, Content Strategy, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of proven experience in the tech industry, with a focus on areas like content creation, product operations, incentive growth, marketing, digital marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends and communicate insights effectively.
  • Experience in project management and data analysis tools is preferred.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple international stakeholders across various business units.
    • Familiar with user acquisition strategies and popular social media platforms, including but not limited to TikTok.
    • Team player, goal-oriented, ready to embrace change and challenges, able to work in a global team efficiently.
