The UK Campaign Team plans and executes various mega campaigns in the UK market. Leveraging influencer collaborations, product promotions, and marketing activities, we drive overall GMV growth, merchant development, and user engagement in the UK market.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Execution & Support: Assist in executing key marketing campaigns (e.g. Black Friday, Summer Sale, Payday), ensuring smooth operations across promotional tools and traffic drivers.
  • Data Analysis & Performance Insights: Monitor campaign performance using internal dashboards, compile reports, and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize future campaigns.
  • System Configuration: Support setup and management of in-app campaign tools (e.g. vouchers, livestream features, campaign H5, creator events) to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work cross-functionally with local teams (e.g. Creator Management, Seller Management, Marketing, Product), and external partners (e.g. brands, agencies) to align campaign execution and objectives.
  • Process Improvement & Project Assistance: Support workflow optimization and documentation to enhance campaign efficiency and execution excellence.
  • Market & Consumer Insights: Keep up with e-commerce trends, social media behaviour, and digital marketing innovations to suggest improvements and identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Qualifications: University students in Marketing, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, Communications, or related fields. Graduating 2026 or beyond.
  • Basic analytical skills: proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, data visualisation); familiarity with SQL or BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media, digital marketing, and e-commerce platforms in the UK market.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign operations from coursework, personal projects, or previous internships.
  • Background in digital marketing agencies, account management, or consulting is a plus.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to propose data-backed campaign improvements.
  • Strong execution skills: ability to handle multiple tasks, coordinate stakeholders, communication with brands, and ensure smooth campaign operations.
