About the Team: The Supply Chain and Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient supply chain and logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global expansion. They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimise their operational efficiency.

About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated intern to support the daily operations of TikTok’s 4PL logistics business. This internship offers a hands‑on opportunity to gain practical experience in e‑commerce logistics operations, cross‑functional coordination, issue resolution, volume management, data monitoring, and operational execution. The ideal candidate is proactive, resilient, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment. You should be able to communicate clearly with different stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and follow through on issues until closure. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Key Responsibilities:

  • Cross‑functional communication & local seller logistics issues troubleshooting: Act as a communication bridge between sellers, Business Development teams, seller Account Managers, Logistics Service Excellence teams, and internal operations teams; understand frontline issues, coordinate relevant internal owners to seek solutions, and provide timely feedback to business stakeholders.
  • Create logistics weekly forecast and send to main carriers; use internal systems and tools to conduct order queries, track order status, and manage forecast considering fluctuations and exceptions.
  • Analyze the order trend based on business needs, and coordinate with E‑com, warehouses, LSE, product teams, or relevant operations teams to support more accurate solutions and exceptions handling with last‑mile carriers.
  • Data analysis & operational reporting: assist in compiling and delivering daily 4PL operational reports, monitoring core operational KPIs, identifying data anomalies and abnormal business trends, issuing risk alerts, and conducting preliminary root‑cause analysis to support data‑driven decision‑making.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, and available to attend a full‑time internship for a minimum of 12 weeks.
  • Able to work onsite five days per week in the office with core team members.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiar with Excel, including pivot tables, LOOKUP / INDEX / MATCH functions, or equivalent tools.
  • Eager to work in a cross‑functional, fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and respond to issues in a clear and timely manner.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel, quickly identify priorities, and elevate proactively when facing uncertainty, blockers, or issues beyond one’s control.
