Responsibilities
The mission of the EU Shopping Center Operation team is to increase the awareness of Shop tab campaigns and developing marketing strategies, for user engagement and experience enhancement purposes.
As the Supply strategy manager, you will be responsible for developing localized marketing and campaign strategies at Shop Tab.
Responsibilities
1. From the shoptab perspective, drive the industry to take corresponding operational and growth actions. Analyze subcategories within the industry, identify opportunities, and leverage platform mechanisms to steer industry-side initiatives;
2. Develop a deep understanding of the seasonal patterns and business trends/events of supply-side industries. Continuously monitor competitors and industry movements, gain comprehensive insight into existing and potential user needs, and leverage this knowledge to help TikTok E-commerce deliver a superior shopping experience;
3. Be familiar with product-card-based e-commerce models. Leverage shoptab resources and actively collaborate with industry teams and scenario owners to enable full-cycle operations—from incubation, growth, to breakout—for various categories and products;
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including recommendation, search, shoptab product, and asset management. Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to push for resolutions and alignments.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
1. Familiar with international market trends, excellent market insights, and strategic thinking. Highly innovative, with logical analytical skills, and adept at leveraging data to gain in-depth understanding of user needs, behaviors, and product development;
2. Experience using data to influence business decisions and track performance, with strong business analysis capabilities;
3. Able to independently scope and execute projects based on business value and needs; strong logical thinking and business abstraction skills;
4. Deep understanding and strategic thinking about business models and industry trends; strong industry sensitivity and vision to identify opportunities and value;
5. Highly independent and proactive, with strong team collaboration skills and ability to drive alignment across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications
– Bachelor\’s degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience on e-commerce platforms or awareness.
– Prior experience in successfully shaping mental images and overseas mental branding cases is preferred.
