Responsibilities
- Drive a comprehensive \”Voice of the Customer/Business/Creators\” strategy and define methods to align service insights with in-depth user analyses to better understand and predict user behavior.
- Develop effective intelligence and business insight strategies based on analysis of customer inputs and satisfaction scores. Present feedback to leadership and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Create communication plans and assist in defining integration processes for service insights into cross-functional action plans; establish ongoing tracking and reporting.
- Navigate through ambiguity and a fast-changing environment, with a proven track record of thriving in a matrix environment.
- Provide innovative solutions to improve customer satisfaction and simplify customer issues, tailored by country/region at a global level.
- Lead strategy development and influence key stakeholders internally and externally.
- Present key business outcomes with measurable data and customer voices to senior management to align on strategic plans.
- Work closely with various teams (Experience, Governance, Service Delivery, Operational Excellence, Product) to ensure project delivery and collaboration.
Qualifications
