Overview
TikTok Shop Partner Operations (TSP) – Agency Manager. The role focuses on managing TikTok Shop Partners—agencies who service Sellers and Creators on TikTok Shop—and is responsible for partners\’ performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations and management of UK TikTok Shop (TTS) agencies, building and maintaining strong partnerships with key agencies to drive sustainable growth.
- Identify, onboard and manage e‑commerce agencies; design operational strategies to effectively drive creator/merchant acquisition, activation and GMV growth, while optimizing overall ecosystem structure.
- Provide structured education and enablement to agencies, including training programmes, community management guidance and consultancy on platform tools and policies, to support their long-term success.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (industry, product, policy, training, etc.) to deliver comprehensive support that accelerates agency growth.
- Keep a pulse on the UK e-commerce landscape and live commerce trends, with a solid understanding of agency operations and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or above in a related field.
- Understanding of the TTS agency ecosystem and business models; experience in e-commerce service providers, agencies or creator operations is a strong plus.
- Proven track record in partnership development and account management, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships.
- Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills, comfortable using insights and metrics to inform decisions.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator, able to influence and align stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Preferred Qualifications: A proactive self-starter and fast learner who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
