About the Role
We are looking for talented individuals to join us for our Assistant Partner Manager Internship in 2026. Internships at TikTok aim to offer students industry exposure and hands-on experience. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. The TikTok Shop Partnership (TSP) team is in charge of managing TikTok Shop Partners - agencies who service merchants on TikTok Shop - and responsible for partners' performance. The TikTok Shop Partner Intern is to expand and drive the TSP ecosystem through assistant business development, training and project management. This position sits cross-functionally, working closely with stakeholders from different business units and external parties to support in matchmaking TSPs with sellers on the platform. You will become an expert on social commerce and all things TikTok Shop to support our partner team and help TSP to onboard their clients and grow sales on the platform. The position requires data analysis of various metrics, from livestreams and short videos, to identify opportunities to help TSPs support sellers to succeed on TikTok Shop.
