Responsibilities
E-commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team striving to achieve full satisfaction from customers, promoting a sustainable and risk-free sales environment, and providing the perfect purchase experience. The Moderation Team is part of the GNE organization. Our mission is to deliver trustworthy and excellent service experiences for every user of TikTok Shop. The moderation team is looking for a Moderation Labeling Program Manager to manage projects among sub-functions of the team to assure high quality, and efficiency delivery, an info transparency with all stakeholders.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage key projects under labeling team, and coordinating cross-project resource allocation to optimize resource utilization to drive effective project implementation.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify risks and opportunities, and think of and drive implementation of practical (short, mid, and long term) solutions, in time or regularly to ensure smooth project launch and delivery with good quality and high efficiency.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and senior management by organizing key meetings and providing clear and concise reports, real-time messages to ensure full transparency among internal and external stakeholders.
- Support and represent senior leadership in cross-functional engagement by creating context, consolidating alignment by proactively sharing and presenting data with the wider business.
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the project portfolio, ensuring alignment with the overall goals of multiple projects under labeling, and identify opportunities for policy/process improvements to drive policy/risk governance strategy iteration with internal functions and external stakeholders, and drive for implementation of solutions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for this role.
- 3 years of project/program management experience with a successful track record of project delivery.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating effective, clear, and professional written and oral communication.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of project management experience in eCommerce or Trust & Safety Operation, preferably in a high growth environment.
- Experience in planning diverse project portfolios and leading strategic initiatives.
- Adaptable, fast learner, and highly motivated with experience in operations and project management.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive work style.
- Proficiency in one of the following languages is a plus: Spanish/Italian/French/German.
