About the Team
TikTok Shop is a service which aims to help the growth of the e-Commerce industry, which has seen tremendous growth in recent years. We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our logistics operations team.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of fashion merchants and drive FBT adoption, usage, and long-term growth.
- Build strong relationships with merchants by understanding their business needs, addressing operational challenges, and providing strategic recommendations.
- Support merchants with day-to-day FBT operations, including enquiries, inventory planning, inbound shipments, billing, and issue resolution.
- Identify opportunities to onboard new Fashion merchants by pitching the FBT value proposition and overcoming adoption barriers.
- Gather merchant feedback, identify operational gaps, and work with cross-functional teams to improve products and processes.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualifications demonstrating business/Marketing understanding and ability to think analytically;
- 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or a related commercial role.
- Experience working with e-Commerce merchants.
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience using Excel or similar tools.
- English + Chinese (written and spoken). Fluent communication is required to better communicate with Chinese merchants and vendors day to day.
Preferred Qualification(s)
- Experience working with e-Commerce merchants in Fashion, logistics, fulfilment, or marketplace operations.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of e-Commerce fulfilment, supply chain, or logistics operations.
